Property Evaluation

Every home we manage is evaluated for marketability, condition, and reviewed for safety issues. In addition we inspect our managed properties on a regular basis to ensure the home is well maintained while the tenant enjoys living in the property. We want to ensure our properties are great places for tenants to call home.

Market Analysis

Our goal is to maximize our landlords' investments while offering our tenants a good value for the money they are spending in rent every month. We constantly monitor the marketplace and seek to ensure there is always an equitable trade between our landlords and tenants.

Tenant Screening

For each of our properties there is a minimum standard any applicant must meet.  In addition, every applicant (over the age of 18) who will be occupying a home must complete employment, credit, criminal, and previous rental history background checks. As always, we comply with all Federal and local Fair Housing Laws.

Property Maintenance

With a full compliment of licensed vendors, including a very busy handyman, we take care of your home like it was our own' When a tenant alerts us to an issue, we work hard to make sure the repairs are done timely and correctly.

Collections & Payments

Tenants expect easy, online payment options. We give tenants three convenient ways to pay electronically (Cash, E-check, or with a credit card). Landlords expect the same ease in collecting their rent proceeds. We pay our landlords via E­-check the same day their tenant pays rent.


The key to any good relationship is communication. We never want our landlords or tenants to wonder what is going on with their rental home. Our technology allows our landlords and tenants to check in on their property whenever they'd like.
